Xiaomi Launches Redmi 4, The Successor of Redmi 3s in India
Xiaomi present its new smartphone Xiaomi Redmi 4 in India. This smartphone will replace the company's popular smartphone Xiaomi Redmi 3S Prime, as stated earlier that the successor for redmi 3s is coming soon in India. More recently, many types of leaks have come out about this smartphone on various social media platforms.
The Redmi 4 is an Amazon exclusive smartphone and it will be available for online sales on Amazon website and Mi.com in India starting from . This device will also be available in Xiaomi's own offline store called Mi Home which was opened on 11th May in bengaluru in India. Well as expected, Xiaomi Redmi 4 was launched is available Champagne gold and Matte black colours with three memory space variants like 2/16GB for 6999, 3/32GB for 8999 and 4/64GB for 10,999 only.
Redmi 4 is the successor of redmi 3s which was ruling Indian market a few months ago and it has also became a higher version than the redmi 4A
Redmi 4 is better when compared with its rivals from Samsung and Asus. This smartphone has a battery capacity of 4,100 mAh which became one of the security features, where endurance batteries can last up to 430 hours or 18 days in stand-by condition. Despite having a relatively large battery capacity, but it does not make smartphones become cumbersome because the thickness of only 8.65 mm and weighs 160 grams.
Redmi 4 features a Metal body and comes with 5-inch HD display with 1280 x 720 resolution powered by 1.4GHz Octa-core Snapdragon 435 processor with Adreno 505GPU. On Camera, it has a 13MP Rear camera with LED Flash and 5MP front camera which have fast speed, detail and true colours, but is not comparable to the flagship. It also supports 4G LTE and has Fingerprint Scanner on Rear and it runs MIUI 8 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It also comes with a preview of Android N out of the box with the beta version for their fans.
The device is being manufactured in India. The devices will be available starting from 23rd May on mi.com and Amazon.in One can also buy Redmi 4 from MiHome starting 20 May. You can also pre-book on Mi.com starting today & collect from Mi Home.
